Metrology room

At GTA in Izmir, we operate a professionally equipped metrology room featuring a wide range of high-quality measuring instruments. This space is specifically designed to perform accurate and reliable measurements on a variety of products and components.

At the heart of the metrology room is our 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), installed in a fully climate-controlled environment. The constant temperature ensures stable measuring conditions and high measurement accuracy. In addition, we utilize various optical and manual measuring tools, surface roughness testers, and other precision instruments.

Beyond general dimensional inspection, we also have specialized equipment for gear measurement. This allows us to verify the geometry and dimensions of gears and generate comprehensive and detailed measurement reports. These reports provide insights into profile shape, tooth trace, pitch, and concentricity—fully aligned with the customer's specifications. 

Our metrology room combines advanced technology with expert knowledge, enabling us to perform highly reliable measurements and document the results with precision.
