Through this newsletter, we would like to inform you about the current situation within GTA and the consequences this has for our delivery times and order processing. Due to a sustained high intake of orders, our organization is currently experiencing an exceptionally busy period. This affects both our production planning and our administrative processes.

Impact on Delivery Times and Order Processing

The increased workload currently results in the following points of attention:

• Delivery times are longer than you are accustomed to from us
• It may take longer before you receive an order confirmation
• Advancing delivery dates compared to the confirmed delivery date is currently not possible

We understand that this situation may affect your planning. Where it is possible to arrange (partial) deliveries from stock, we will of course do so in order to accommodate you as much as possible.

Request for Timely Order Placement

In order to plan and process your orders as efficiently as possible, we kindly request that you place your orders with us as early as possible. Early order placement helps us to distribute capacity more effectively and to safeguard the continuity of our services to the best of our ability.

Despite the current workload, we are doing everything we can to maintain the level of quality and service you have come to expect from us. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Information Regarding the Summer Period

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the upcoming summer period and the associated production shutdown:

• Weeks 32 and 33 (1 to 16 August): no production will take place due to our company holiday
• Weeks 31 and 34: production will continue with reduced staffing

This period may have an impact on lead times and planning. We advise you to take this into account when placing new orders and planning your projects.
