H400 hobbing machine with robot:

We installed in our productionplant in Someren a new hobbing machine in 2022, the Modul H400. With this new machine we've expanded our possibilities. This machine is equipped with robot loading. This robot is also connected to the H200 hobbing machine. Now we also can load and unload the H200 automatically.

Main characteristics of the H400 hobbing machine are:

• workpiece diameter max=400mm
• module max.=8
• can be used for axial, radial-axial, tangential and diagonal hobbing

Multi-tasking machine I-200S:

We have installed a Mazak i-200S multi-tasking machine in Someren in the year 2022. Main characteristics of this multi-tasking machine are:

• turning and milling 
• maximum machining length = 1011mm
• maximum workpiece diameter =658mm
• 2nd spindle
• full 5-axis
